Dr. Fred Collins Semitala
Executive Director
Dr. Semitala is the Executive Director and Secretary to the Board. He trained as a physician at Makerere University and trained in evidence-Based Medicine from the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Belgium. He has a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of California Berkeley, USA and postgraduate training in implementation Science from the University of California San Francisco.
Dr. Micheal Kiyingi

Dr. Micheal Kiyingi is a physician who attained his Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and surgery and Masters in Internal Medicine from Makerere University, College of Health Sciences. He attained additional training in Tropical medicine, Community healthcare and Research from Khon Kaen University, Thailand.
Mr. Shafik Malende

Mr. Shafik Malende is an experienced M&E practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in health-related projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Makerere university with additional training in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.an Francisco.

Ms. Florence Kitaka is the Director Financial Management and Operations USAID/LPHS-EC/MJAP Activity. Florence has over 15 years of successful experience in managing UN, USAID, EU and other International Donor funded projects.

Head of the Finance and Operations
Moses Adengo serves as the Head of the Finance and Operations Department at MJAP Head Office. He has over 15 years’ experience in project management, Finance and accounting in Not for Profit Organizations, Banking and Pubic sector.
