Alot of learning and unlearning were shared during the Afrihealth Symposium2024. Our great partners Infectious Disease Institute show cased the GHS work that they are carrying out in 13 countries within Africa through partnerships with Africa Centre for Disease Control.
During the 7th annual Afrihealth conference in Nairobi our team presented on our work in EIPHIV QI pilot was showcased, after a wonderful presentation by our beloved ED, Dr. Semitala Fred. This year MJAP is currently supporting 3 universities and one nursing college in Africa to extend interprofessional HIV service delivery through quality improvement to impact PEPFAR indictators at selected health facilities.
The African Forum for Research and Education in Health (AFREhealth) is an interdisciplinary health professional grouping that seeks to work with Ministries of Health, training institutions, and other stakeholders to improve the quality of health care in Africa through research, education and capacity-building.
