𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘁

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲: A physical meeting is currently underway to roll out the Strategic Scorecards and support the development of the respective workplans. The meeting brings together Technical Program Specialists, Regional Program Coordinators, Operations Leads/Managers, and members of the Senior Management Team (SMT).

The purpose of this engagement is to ensure alignment of program delivery and performance with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Members of the Senior Management Team have been actively involved in this process. Management is now transitioning to the next phase, rolling out the scorecards and seeking input from team members to further refine the various workplans.
